By accessing or using PayDock at paydock.app ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use PayDock. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You sign in using Google authentication via Replit Auth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for all activity that occurs under your PayDock account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that are used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
Pro trial. New accounts automatically receive 14 days of full PayDock Pro access. No payment method is required, and the account-level trial cannot be restarted by switching purchase providers.
Free plan. After the trial, your account and existing data remain available. The free plan supports up to 10 bills. Records above that limit remain visible and are not deleted, but you must reduce your bill count or subscribe before adding more. Household sharing requires Pro.
Optional paid plan. PayDock Pro is available as a monthly subscription:
Billing. Web payments are processed by Stripe. Native iOS and Android payments are processed by the applicable app store through RevenueCat. Existing annual subscribers keep their access and can manage their existing subscription, but annual subscriptions are not offered to new customers. Prices shown in local app stores may be localized.
Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then.
Refunds. We do not issue refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@paydock.app within 14 days of the charge.
You agree not to use the Service to:
You retain ownership of the data you store in PayDock. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your data solely to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your bills, credentials, or other content.
PayDock stores credentials (usernames and passwords) you provide and encrypts them at rest using AES-256-GCM. However, PayDock is a convenience tool, not a dedicated password manager with zero-knowledge architecture. For highly sensitive accounts, consider using a dedicated password manager in addition to PayDock.
We aim to keep PayDock available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from downtime.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that defects will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PayDock and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost data, missed bill payments, or financial losses. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the United States.
